Our Story
Founded in 2020 by Bubba and Shannon Fatula, The Fatula Group was built from a shared vision of creating safer communities through education, preparation, and proactive training.
For years, Bubba traveled throughout the Northeast, partnering with businesses, schools, healthcare organizations, municipalities, houses of worship, and community groups to deliver practical training on responding to critical incidents. Drawing on his extensive background in law enforcement and public safety, he has dedicated his career to helping individuals understand how they may react in a crisis—and how effective preparation and training can improve outcomes when every second counts.
Today, The Fatula Group continues that mission by providing customized, real-world threat preparedness training and consulting that empowers individuals, strengthens organizations, and builds a culture of preparedness. Every program is designed to equip participants with practical skills, increase confidence, and help organizations respond effectively to the challenges of an ever-changing world.
